Well, summer’s here and the time is right for sleeping in real late! Camp is almost here and I am pumped, I trust you guys are as excited about camp as I am, we are going to have a blast. Keep in mind one reason we choose to do a camp like this is to give you guys the opprotunity to build some relationships with each other. Keep an open mind and make a real effort to meet some new people in the group and build new relationships, we don’t want ANYONE to feel left out, EVER! Well, it is A-train’s very last night with us, we thank you so much for giving years of service to our youth group and church, we will miss you very much, thank you! Great night, thanks to Mr. Jeff and Lizzy for sharing their testimony’s with us. It’s a great reminder to all of us that people struggle from day to day just like we do. DON’T FORGET we have VBS coming up within the next few weeks, WE NEED HELP, if you are 9th – 12th grade you need to sign up to be a “lifeguard” helper, if you are in 6th -8th grade you’ll be participating in Jr. High VBS, INVITE YOUR FRIENDS! Tonight Wayne handed out copies of the new calendar, we will have all the postings here on the website soon, in the mean time you need to pick up a hard copy for your parents. NEXT WEEK we will be holding our normal Wednesday evening youth service at STRIKE ZONE see Wayne or call the church for details, there is a small fee for shoe/lane rental. We will not have the means for transportation so students need to have a ride set up in advance, for questions or concerns see Wayne.
