Vacation Bible School (VBS) is right around the corner. This year VBS will start Monday, June 9 and run through Friday, June 13. Things will kick off every day at 9am and end around 12pm.

High school students this is a fun week for you to plug into the church and help service by working with the kids at VBS. We expect a larger number of kids this year, so we need every high school student to step up and help out.

Middle school students will be having VBS as well. Be at the church everyday at 9am for worship & bible study. Then from 10am to 12pm we are going to hit the town and have some fun. This is a great week to invite your friends!! Hope to see you there…don’t miss out!!

Another amazing night in the attic, sir Ed Newton brought down the house with some amazing ways to witness and get the conversation rolling for leading your friends and family to Christ. Ed mentioned that we always need to have a few verses from memory ready to use for witnessing, here is that small line up of verses to always know.

Ed challenged us to know these verses and this small outline for leading people to Christ anywhere, anytime. We had several people make decisions for Christ last night and for that we are SO excited. Here’s last night’s lineup.

What an incredible evening we had last night in the attic, if you walked into the 3rd floor you would have quickly noticed some extreme changes. We bathed the entire room in blueish/purple light and blacked out the rest of the room. Our theme deals with service, sharing the love and message of God, last night we explored several stories from the “secret churches” of China. Walt Barnes was our guest speaker from New Orleans seminary and he did an outstanding job, we thank him so much and hope to cross paths with him in the future.
