Youth Ministry Survey
February 14th, 2008Parents & Students, Every year a survey is released that allows students and parents to express all their hopes and dreams for the student ministry of their church. This year, DeSoto Hills Baptist Church is also participating in this survey. The survey will take no more than 15 minutes of your time, and it will allow this youth ministry to better see/meet the needs of our students. THIS SURVEY IS FOR BOTH PARENTS & STUDENTS! I just took the student survey and it worked fine. It was a little slow changing pages but it did work (I printed out the confirmation and everything). Just keep trying…thanks for trying!
hey~ i’m still having trouble with this survey. it won’t let me save the first page and go on to the next one. but somehow i have saved the 2nd page. please don’t ask me how i did that!
Hey Everytime i try to get on it will have like errors or something like that it’ll say sumthing lk it is untitled or something lk that and was jst letting you know

The surveys are having problems…I have emailed the people and hopefully it will be fixed soon
I have tried to complete this survey two times and both times the website ended with errors. Anybody else experiencing problems with the survey or is it just me?
